I was in Fjordlands National Park for a few days on a bit of a photo adventure with no real plan. The great Norwegian polar explorer Roald Amundsen said, ""Adventure is just bad planning."" I had no plan, and I would just sort of amble about the shore line, trying it at different times of the day. And then in low-tide, I went way out into the fjord where I had noticed some lateral water flow to find these temporary folds in the earth.
